What is Identity & Access Management?

Identity and access management (IAM) in enterprise IT is about defining and managing the roles and access privileges of individual users and the circumstances in which users are granted (or denied) those privileges. Thus, the overarching goal of IAM is to allow Diversey employees and authorized users to gain access to Diversey computing resources in a secure and efficient manner.

Diversey uses two cloud-based products to provide this capability: Okta and Saviynt.

Okta will provide the login screen and multi-factor authentication (details below).

Saviynt will provision and manage your identity for various Diversey systems. Saviynt will also allow managers to on-board contractors and vendors.

Signing in for the first time


Step 1 - Sign in to your Diversey account

  1. Visit https://login.diversey.com/

  2. Enter your Global ID

  3. Click Next

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Click Verify

Step 2 – Adding SMS/Text-Message recovery to your account

  1. Click on the Add Phone Number button for the SMS option.

  2. You’ll be prompted to enter your phone number.

  3. Enter your number and click Send Code.

You’ll now see a window to enter a code. This code will be sent via text message to the number you provided.

  1. Enter it here, then click Verify.

  2. Once verified, you will see the Success message.

  3. Click Done, and your SMS setup is complete


Step 3 – Adding Voice Call recovery to your account

  1. Clicking on the Add Phone Number button for the Voice Call option.

  2. Enter the phone number you wish to use for voice password reset then click Call.

  3. You’ll now see a window to enter a code.

You will receive a phone call from an automated service to the number you provided, which will provide you a code to enter.

  1. Enter it here, then click Verify.

  2. Once verified, you will see the Success message.

  3. Click Done, and your SMS setup is complete.

Step 4 – Setup is Complete

Once your SMS and Voice Call options are added, you’ll see confirmation, and your profile is set up is complete.

  1. Click Done from this screen, and continue.

  2. You will now be redirected to your application or the application portal.
